In the contemporary digital technology era, proficiency in English writing is increasingly vital for students pursuing a major in Office Administration at Saigon University. Effective communication skill, particularly in English speaking and writing skills are crucial for navigating administrative roles in a globalized and digitally interconnected world. This study aims to investigate and propose strategies for developing specialized English writing skill tailored specifically to Office Administration students' needs at Saigon University. It seeks to address how digital technologies impact communication practices in administrative settings and how students can leverage these technologies to enhance their writing proficiency. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with English language educators and quantitative surveys among Office Administration students. Qualitative data analysis focuses on identifying current challenges and needs in English writing skill development, while quantitative analysis examines student perceptions and preferences regarding digital tools and resources for improving their writing abilities. The study finds that while Office Administration students recognize the importance of English writing skill, they often lack specialized training in this area. Digital technologies such as online writing platforms, interactive tutorials, and collaborative tools are identified as effective resources for enhancing writing proficiency. However, integrating these technologies into the curriculum requires strategic planning and adequate support from educators and institutions. The findings underscore the significance of integrating specialized English writing training into the Office Administration curriculum at Saigon University. By embracing digital technologies and adopting targeted instructional approaches, educators can better prepare students to communicate effectively in English within diverse administrative contexts. This research advocates for a proactive approach to curriculum design that prioritizes linguistic competence and technological literacy, ensuring graduates are well-equipped to succeed in the modern workplace.
